Courgette and Bean Salad

Put into pot:
400g sliced courgettes
250 g fresh/frozen green beans
2 medium onions, sliced
5 ml salt
5ml sugar


Pour over:
250 ml water


Bring to fast boil, then cover and boil for 8 minutes.
Refresh immediately.

Spoon into shallow salad bowl and pour over the
following dressing:


50 ml mayonnaise 50 ml thick cream
50 ml buttermilk 2 ml paprika
12.5 ml chopped fresh basil, marjoram, parsley.
